Questions About Registration
New Student Registration
Students enrolling should provide the following in order to register:
- Proof of Residence light bill, water bill or rental agreement
- Copy of student's shot record
- Copy of student's Social Security Card
- Certified copy of student's Birth Certificate from the Health Department of Vital Statistics
- Copy of parent or guardian's driver's license
- Copy previous school records
