Bell Schedule
2011-2012 BELL SCHEDULES
Students should not arrive to school until 7:30am.
School starts at 7:55 am
School ends at 3:35 am.
Students must attend school at least 90% of the time to get credit. Students with 75% to 89% attendance rate will be required to go to Summer School for credit whether the absences were excused or not. Students with less than 75% attendance will be retained in their current grade, no exceptions.
8 Period Day - Regular, Early Release, Pep Rally
8 Period day = 49 minute classes with 30 minute lunch
Block Schedule - Regular, Study Hall, Pep Rally, STAAR TESTING
Block Days = 90 minute classes split into 2 days (Red Day & White Day) with either a Study Hall or Pep Rally period
Red Day is (1st, 3rd, 5th & 7th Periods)
White Day is (2nd, 4th, 6th & 8th Periods)
Blocked days will be:
September 8th and 9th - Progress Reports on the 9th
September 29th and 30th - Report Cards on the 30th
October 20th and 21st - Progress Reports on the 21st
November 10th and 11th - Report Cards on the 11th
December 8th and 9th - Progress Reports on the 9th
January 12th and 13th - Report Cards on the 13th
February 2nd and 3rd - Progress Reports on the 3rd
February 23rd and 24th - Reports Cards on the 24th
March 22nd and 23rd - Progress Reports on the 23rd
April 12th and 13th - Report Cards on the 13th
May 3rd and 4th - Progress Reports on the 4th
May 23rd and 24th - Yearbook Signing Party on the 24th
