How to Enroll Your Child
2010 - 2011 Registration Information
Documentation required when enrolling:
- Most recent school report card
- Immunization records
- Original birth certificate (will be copied and returned)
- Original social security card (will be copied and returned)
- Guardianship papers - if applicable
- Proof of residency - current utility bill with name and physical address and current driver's license
- Copy of parent or guardian's driver's license
- Note: Parents or guardians and enrolling student must be present when enrolling
FD (LEGAL) School Board Policy:
When accepting a student for enrollment, the Bridge City School District shall inform the parent or guardian enrolling the child that presenting false information or false records for identification and enrollment is a criminal offense under Penal Code 37.10 and that enrolling the student under false document makes the person liable for costs for the education of the student during which time the student would be enrolled and not be eligible.
