Family Income Survey

Dear Cardinal Families,

Bridge City ISD is required to collect the socioeconomic status of each student as a performance indicator for student achievement (TEC 39 for Texas state requirements and ESEA sections 1111 and 1116 for U.S. Department of Education requirements) and for use in disbursement of federal funds (ESEA section 1113). This information may also be shared with district education and health programs to help them evaluate, fund, or determine benefits for their programs. More importantly, this survey allows your child to receive services and programs to which they are entitled.

It is important that all BCISD families complete this survey for the district to qualify for this funding in order to benefit your child’s education. Please go to: https://www.mealappnow.com/hisbrc/splash.php or you may complete a hard copy by requesting one from your child’s campus. Please return the completed form to your child’s campus.

Please complete the survey regardless of income.
