We’re proud to share that the Texas Education Agency (TEA) has officially approved our district's Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) local designation system! 

TIA is designed to reward and retain highly effective educators by providing the opportunity to earn additional compensation based on demonstrated performance and student growth, with designations awarded to top-performing teachers.  

Teachers must meet established criteria and earn their designation through our TEA-approved system.

Potential annual allotments in our district include:

Recognized: up to $3,500
Exemplary: up to $7,000
Master: up to $13,500
